The Health Reimbursement Arrangement provides a high level of coverage for preventive care. Part of the up-front deductible funded by the company, with the opportunity to save for future years (HRA rollover).
The Basic Plan has no deductible for preventive and routine office care. Expensive services covered at a lower coinsurance after a deductible. Relatively low out-of-pocket maximum in case of catastrophic needs.
The Comprehensive Plan has the richest coverage, but higher employee contributions.
