What You Need to Know
- Services must be provided by a licensed ophthalmologist, optometrist, or optician.
- Vision benefits are provided through Davis Vision, a subsidiary of Highmark.
- Each time you need vision care, you may use an in-network or out-of-network provider. With in-network providers, you receive a higher benefit level and there are no claims to file.
- You may now enroll in vision coverage every year
