Benefits
No changes to:
  • Life insurance coverage
  • Accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance
  • Disability coverage
  • Company-paid retiree life insurance is not available if you retire on or after April 1, 2008
  • Employee and spouse life insurance prices are now based on the insured person's age as of December 31 of the plan year
Ways to Save Health Care Fund and Dependent Care flexible spending accounts are available
  • You can contribute up to $5,000 in your Health Care Fund flexible spending account
  • $200 in credits for completing a Health Questionnaire
  • Non-tobacco user credit is no longer available
