Using Your Account (HRA, HSA, and FSA)

Basic & Comprehensive
  • If you have a Health Care Fund FSA (flexible spending account), you can use the money in that account to pay for out-of-pocket expenses.
  • Use Your Spending Account™ card like a credit card OR file a claim.
  • To see your balance, see the Your Spending Account™ page on Your Benefits Resources™ website.

Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)
  • Use Your Spending Account™ card like a credit card OR file a claim. If you have health care FSA (flexible spending account) too, you can use the same card.
  • If you have a Health Care Fund FSA, FSA money is always used first because of the "use it or lose it" rule.
  • To see your balance, see the Your Spending Account™ page on Your Benefits Resources™ website.

Health Spending Account (HSA)
  • Set up your account at www.hsamember.com.
  • Use Your Spending Account™ card like a credit card or write a check from your account. If you have a Limited FSA, you can use Your Spending Account™ card to pay for dental and vision expenses.
  • To see your HSA balance, visit www.hsamember.com.
  • To see your Health Care Fund FSA balance, see the Your Spending Account™ page on Your Benefits Resources™ website.
