• employee life insurance; 
• employee accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance; and
• disability coverage.

You have the option to elect additional coverage amounts for all of these benefits, and also to elect coverage for your spouse, domestic partner, and/or eligible children at affordable group rates.
