Education Gift Matching

The Educational Gift Matching Program allows you to give back to your alma mater by making donations to the college or university of your choice and have the gift matched by the Alcoa Foundation.

The program is available to U.S.-based full-time Alcoa employees and retirees receiving an Alcoa pension. To be eligible for matching, the minimum employee donation is $100 and the annual maximum donation is $2,500.
