If you have an Alcoa email address or your personal email address is on file, you will receive the Pay & Benefits newsletter every month. Watch for it to learn about changes to your benefits, tips on getting the most value from your benefits, and information about freebies and discounts.
Do you want to receive Pay & Benefits at your personal email address and share more Alcoa Benefits information with your family? Here’s how.
- Log on to YBR.
- Click on the “Personal Info” tab.
- Under “Email Addresses,” add, confirm, or change your personal email address.
If you want to receive all of your benefits information at your personal email address, make it your preferred email address. If you prefer to receive benefits information at your Alcoa email address, make that your preferred address. We’ll send the newsletter to you at both addresses.
