| Step 1: | Log on to the Your Benefits Resources™ website.

| Step 2: | Enter your Social Security number and password. If you cannot find your password, select the, "I forgot my password" link and have a new one sent to you via U.S. mail. Your password can also be sent within minutes to your e-mail address, if you previously provided an e-mail address in the "Your Profile" link of the Web site. Click on Log On.

| Step 3: | Once you have logged on, you will be taken to the "Action Needed" page. Click on "Make Your Annual Enrollment Elections."

| Step 4: | On the Your Dependent Information page, verify that the dependents listed are correct by clicking on Continue Enrollment. If your dependent information is not correct, call 1-888-ALCOA123 and speak to a representative.

| Step 5: | On the "Enroll in Your Benefits" page, you will see:
- "Tools and Calculators" with Plan links to view information about your option(s) and prices, as well as, comparing your health option(s) side-by-side, or finding a doctor.
- "Answer Center" allows you to 'Learn What's Changing on 01-01-2008' and 'Learn More about Your Health, Insurance Benefits'.

| Step 6: | If you wish to choose a different coverage option, click on the button before the name of the option you are choosing.

| Step 7: | Review the section "Choose Who's Covered" to make sure the information listed is correct.
|
| Step 8: | Under "Finished with Your Choices?" click on OK & View Choices to return to the enrollment page.
|
| Step 9: | Under "Confirm Your Choices" click on Complete Enrollment. You may also select Quit at this time; this selection cancels any choices you have made.
|
| Step 10: | If you selected Complete Enrollment, you will see a Please Wait page, then a Completed Successfully page. Print the Completed Successfully page for your records. If you have an e-mail address on file, you will receive an e-mail message confirming that your transaction was processed.
