- You can choose to buy generic or brand-name drugs, but you'll save more money when you choose generic medications.
- You can choose to purchase prescription drugs at your pharmacy or through CVS Caremark's mail-delivery service. You'll save more when you choose mail delivery.
- You'll be rewarded for using generics and the mail service - even getting generic drugs for free if you buy them through the mail.

New! Maintenance Choice Program
Effective November 1, 2009, you have two options to take advantage of mail service discounts. You can continue to can use the mail-order service OR pick up a 90-day supply of maintenance medication at a CVS retail pharmacy and get the same savings.
This means that you can now get a free 90-day supply of generic medication at your local pharmacy (instead of having to use the mail service).
Under this new program, called Maintenance Choice, you select if your long-term medications will be mailed to you or available for pick up at your local CVS.
