Online programs
HealthMedia BreatheTM provides a customized, four-part action plan. Program length is based on your chosen quit date. To get started, log onto the Highmark website Click on "Improve Your Health" and select "Breathe - Stop Smoking."
Quit Net© combines social support, personalized content, access to and support for approved pharmaceutical therapies, and professional counseling. Log on to the Employee Assistance Program website. Choose "Visit our Education and Resource Center" and then "Healthy Rewards." Or call 1-800-454-2364.
Telephonic program
Telephonic Smokeless® offers two options: self-guided at your own pace or coordinated and scheduled by a professional tobacco cessation specialist. Participants have unlimited toll-free access to the specialist. Call 1-800-345-2476.
